In 1999, Austin Computing Solutions was established as a family business of 3 employees that provided Austin area businesses with cost-effective technical support for their computer networks. Today we have grown to a staff of 10 experienced and knowledgeable employees, providing the same cost-effective technical support within a multitude of fields. Our services now include computer network consulting and maintenance, data and voice cabling, software PBX solutions, Internet solutions (including website design and hosting, broadband access, security, and email), and custom database solutions - all focusing on the Microsoft platform. Austin Computing Solutions is a Microsoft Certified Partner, and our Microsoft Certified technicians have over 90 years of combined experience in the computer field.

Teresa Klepac- Partner. After managing and raising a successful family, Teresa turned entrepreneur, and is now managing and raising a successful family business. Teresa recruited and is now joined by her husband Bill and their two sons Allan and Matt. Teresa is in charge of the Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, and Customer Service functions of the company. As founder and majority owner of Austin Computing Solutions, Teresa has aggressively pursued the government markets by obtaining HUB and Qualified Information Services Vendor status from the State of Texas. |

Bill Klepac-Partner. Bill joined the family business in 1999 after a successful technology career in the insurance industry. Bill is a 1982 graduate of the University of Texas. His interest in computers began in the early 1980's, even before the infamous IBM PC changed the computing world. Bill has applied his knowledge in computing to many different business functions including accounting, financial reporting, sales, marketing ,word processing, spreadsheets, email, databases, networking, telephony, and the Internet. Bill maintains personal and company certifications in Microsoft and Artisoft Technologies, and he is in charge of the Networking, Programming, Telephony, and Internet Solutions for the company. |

Allan Klepac-MCP. Allan is a Microsoft Certified Professional training to become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer specializing in Windows 2000 Networking. After studying Michael Dell's career in building and selling computers, Allan has developed a formula for the company to provide quality, affordable computers for Austin area businesses. Expect to see these products and more in our eCatalog in the spring of 2003. |

Matt Klepac-Web Developer. Matt's programming career began as the youngest e-commerce developer for living.com at the age of 15. After Living's demise, he developed for traq-wireless and networker.com. Matt is multi-lingual speaking C/C++/C#, Visual Basic, Java, JHTML, Java Script, VB Script, HTML, ASP, XML, PHP, and SQL. His web-calendar project is currently being used by thousands of students at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Matt is currently serving as the web developer for our Frontier Associates project. |

James Hopkins-MCSE. James is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer specializing in Windows NT Networking,a Sonic Wall Certified Technician and an Artisoft TeleVantage Certified Technician. James heads up our voice & data cabling and telephony installation services, and is a wizard at using the Internet to find the right product solution for a computing problem. James is a 1982 graduate of St. Edwards University, and is a long time friend of the Klepac family. |

Gary Parsons-MCSE. Gary is a 1992 graduate of the University of Texas with a BBA. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and is knowledgeable with hardware, software, and telecommunications. He has 10 years of experience in the IT field, specializing in Novell and Windows NT networks. Gary spent 7 of those years working under a management team headed up by Bill Klepac. |

Prasad Apte-Project Developer. Prasad has been working in the software field for 9 years, and will be developing web-based applications for ACS. Prasad is skilled in object-oriented analysis and design, Visual C++, MFC, ActiveX, COM and web technologies, debugging motherboards, writing assembly language programs and working on OS internals. Prasad is also experienced in Object Modeling and Entity Relationship Modeling for RDBMS, Distributed Component Architecture, CORBA, and the Java server side programming. |

Kerry Conner-Project Manager. Kerry graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1981, with a degree in Chemical Engineering, and has been working in the Information Technology field for more than 17 years. Kerry has worked with Bill, Gary, and Dee for over 11 years—he’s the perfect fit, with the credentials to prove it. Kerry specializes in systems management and programming, and is a Windows 2000 Microsoft Certified Professional, studying for his certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. |

Dee Meuth-Customer Relations Manager. Dee joined ACS after spending 27 years in the insurance industry (for 10 of those years she worked with Bill). She has extensive experience in both marketing and customer service, and is now putting those skills to use to provide support for ACS clients.
